I created this blog to give students in both sections of the NNB a way to connect with each other. Please check it and contribute regularly. Use your blog entries as a way to share your experiences as you work on your stories. Post things that catch your eye, even if you're not sure if they will develop into story ideas. Use the comment feature to contribute information to your colleagues.
It is becoming common practice in many newsrooms for reporters to blog as soon as they come back to the newsroom/their computer from being out in the field. Your entries don't need to include all of the details from the work you did that day...just post a couple of details. We will all benefit from keeping updated about what everyone is working on!
